Cat Welfare Association values feedback from its customers, members, and volunteers in order to help us improve the shelter and provide you with quality service.

We hope that you have creative ideas to share with us. We will consider all suggestions based on benefit to the shelter, feasibility, and cost of implementation.

If you’ve had a problem and wish to make a complaint – we’d like to know that also.

You will receive a timely response.

If you prefer to remain anonymous and not use email, there is a physical suggestion box located in the main adoption room of the shelter. Suggestions placed in this box will be retrieved by the Executive Committee of Cat Welfare.
